I do buy and sell for bikes and preparing this 2023 Spyder RT Limited, now for pickup, and me and my partner are trying to figure out if a belt tensioner comes standard or not. If not, I might recommend they install one now. Also curious if anyone has hands-on feedback comparing the Lamonster vs. Spyder Extras versions?

Hey, congrats on getting the Spyder ready! To answer your question, nope, the 2023 RT Limited doesn't come with a belt tensioner straight from the factory. It's actually something people add on afterwards to help reduce vibrations while cruising on the highway.

Both Lamonster and Spyder Extras offer good options. Lamonster's product has some awesome reviews for being super durable, while Spyder Extras has a really nice billet finish.

Are you noticing any belt vibrations when you're at speed, or are you just thinking of adding it for extra peace of mind?

I think the 2023 Can-Am Spyder RT Limited comes with a factory belt tensioner but it's common and popular to get it upgraded!
But I have to agree that Lamonster and Spyder Extras are excellent choices!
