Cover for rear backrest area

I recently took the passenger backrest off my Can Am Spyder F3-T, and now I'm left with that open spot where it used to mount. I've seen a few setups that look really nice with some kind of cover or plate over that area, and I'd really like to do the same.
Does anyone know where I can get a cover that fits well there, or have experience with one that looks good and installs easy?

Honestly, I have no experience with this, but I do have some experience with another field that might be of help. Have you considered 3D printing something to put there? It can be aesthetic piece to cover the spot or you can make it practical for something to put there.

Leaving that Spyder F3-T spot open looks sloppy, most aftermarket covers are overpriced junk. Slap something functional there or risk turning your bike into a half-baked, DIY eyesore on the road.
